What is Candle Talk?
For the past six or seven weeks, a regular group of seesmic users have been gathering every Sunday night at 10 PM Eastern for what we now refer to as Candle Talk. Tour of New Indianapolis International Airport
After nearly thirty years of planning, Indianapolis is getting an entirely new airport terminal this fall to replace the aging and rather oddly placed existing facility. Opening November 12, the new facility will feature more gates, better security, faster checkpoints, a significantly larger baggage claim zone and many other amenities of modern-day airport facilities.
Checking in and looking back
After hours trying to put together this rather simple video on my windows system, I finally got it uploaded to Viddler this evening. I have been having some technical issues preventing me from posting any of my Flip Mino content to the blog so I decided to use this opportunity to check in and take a look back at some of my early blog videos.

Apple unveils new MacBook and MacBook Pro redesign to lukewarm response
Steve Jobs took the stage on October 14 with a bag full of announcements. In true Apple fashion, Steve unveiled numerous new products including a redesign and new manufacturing process for the MacBook and MacBook Pro line of portables.
Rumors surrounding the event suggested we would see numerous changes and, for the most part, Steve didn’t disappoint. In addition to the new MacBook and MacBook Pro portables, we also saw the introduction of a new 24-inch LED Cinema Display, an update to the MacBook Air, a $100 price drop on the base white MacBook and a speed bump for the 17″ MacBook Pro. Check out the video below for some additional information on the new manufacturing process used for the new MacBook and MacBook Pro. The aluminum brick method is interesting to see in action.

Kevin’s Tortilla Breakfast Recipe
Kevin Spidel shared his tortilla breakfast recipe to go along with some of his Nana’s delicious salsa. He was nice enough to bring me a jar of the fresh salsa when I was in Phoenix last week. After a very careful return trip in my checked bag, the salsa has been mostly consumed in a matter of just two days. Thanks Kevin!
